Dear Marylawn Families:
Welcome and Welcome Back!!! As the school year begins, we all anticipate exciting opportunities and wonderful new beginnings. It is always a pleasure to watch the growth of each of our students. This is a quick note with a few Fall reminders about items that will need your attention this month:
- SENIOR RETREAT
- On October 13th and 14th there will be a Senior Retreat at the Sisters of Charity Retreat House in Harvey Cedars, NJ (Long Beach Island). The cost will be $70 per senior - $60 if students participate in fundraising.
- AUTUMN BARBEQUE
- On Saturday, September 19th the First Annual Autumn Picnic will be held on our Campus from 1 – 3 pm. Please join us to meet all members of the Marylawn community. The response form is on the back of this sheet.
- CLUB PERIODS – period 10
- Club periods have been changed from Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:38 to 3:18 pm.
- This is not optional and will extend the day for thirty minutes.
- On Wednesdays and Fridays, students will be dismissed at 2:35 pm.
- TRANSPORTATION FORMS
- For students living in all towns except Orange and East Orange, please visit the Main Office to obtain a transportation form.
- STUDENT HANDBOOK
- Please be certain to sign and submit the acknowledge form to the Main Office. It is available on the web site at www.marylawn.us under student life.
